Your Rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of the processing of the personal data you have provided to us. You can exercise these rights at any time, free of charge and without having to justify your request.
What We Can Delete
Upon request, we remove data relating to your STOORY account, including orders, personalised stories, reading preferences, authorised devices, and any information collected through integrations with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok for authors' advertising campaigns.
How to Request Deletion
Send a request to storie@mail.winnowcommunication.com indicating the email address associated with your account and the type of intervention desired (access, rectification, deletion, or restriction). We will respond to you within 30 days of receiving the request.
Meta Integrations
If you have interacted with STOORY through apps, advertisements, or experiences linked to Meta, you can also request the deletion of the data shared with these platforms. The request should be sent to the same email address: we will then notify Meta of any removal, where technically provided for.
Timelines and Confirmation
After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymise the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation via email. Some information may be retained for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal or tax obligations.
