Content Policy
1. Allowed Content
Original narrative works — single stories, series, and manga series — that comply with Italian and European law, third-party rights, and these terms are allowed on STOORY. Every work proposed by creators is private until it passes the editorial and compliance review of our team: no work becomes public automatically.
2. Prohibited Content
Unlawful content; content that violates copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or other third-party rights; incitement to hatred, violence, or discrimination; instructions for illegal activities; scams and deceptive content; spam are prohibited. The creator is responsible for the lawfulness of the materials and ideas they provide.
3. Protection of Minors
Works for children and young people are created and reviewed with age-appropriateness criteria. Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way is not allowed; its presence leads to the immediate removal of the work and, if necessary, reporting to the competent authorities.
4. Adult Content (18+)
Works aimed at an adult audience must be declared as such by the creator at the time of the publication request. STOORY may classify, limit, or refuse adult content and may make access conditional on the reader's declaration of being of legal age.
5. Third-Party Rights
The creator guarantees that ideas, texts, characters, and materials provided are original or otherwise usable lawfully. Works that reproduce third-party works, names, or protected characters without the authorisation of the rights holder cannot be published.
6. Moderation
Every publication request is examined before the work goes on sale. STOORY may approve, ask for changes, or refuse a work, and may suspend or withdraw a work already published from the catalogue for legal, security, or compliance reasons with this policy. In case of refusal of a work for violation of the rules, the relevant payments are managed according to the Creator Terms and the refund policy.
7. Reports
Anyone can report content they believe to be contrary to this policy or the law via the Reports page. Every report is handled by a team member, evaluated in a timely manner, and tracked with an outcome. The identity of the reporter is not made public.
8. Complaints
A creator whose work has been refused, suspended, or withdrawn can file a complaint by writing to the contact address indicated on the Contact page: the complaint is re-examined by a reviewer other than the one who made the initial decision.
