From this page, you can send your online declaration of withdrawal. After confirmation, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of the declaration, the date, and the time of transmission.
When withdrawal is excluded
You have 14 days to withdraw from distance purchases. For STOORY works, withdrawal does not apply when the digital work has already been generated and made available following your express consent to the immediate supply and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal: these are digital contents custom-made based on your idea (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). In case of withdrawal, it nevertheless remains forbidden to continue using the work or to transfer it to third parties (Article 57, paragraph 2-bis).
If, on the other hand, the work has not yet been generated, or if you have encountered a technical problem (file not received, download not working, incomplete work), please write to us below: we will resolve it, regenerate the work, or refund as appropriate.
